Caring vet and staff. They care for all 3 of our dogs, and did our previous 2 as well. Not overpriced and quality care.

One of the most fortunate moments of our lives was rushing to the nearest pet hospital with our sweet fur baby and having Dr. Lorber just happen to be the vet that examined her. Turned out she had aspiration pneumonia, a potentially fatal illness, as a result of a condition called megaesophagus (ME). Dr. Lorber diagnosed both, outlined the protocol for ME, and prescribed all the appropriate meds to get Nomi on the right track.
Little did we know then just what an integral part of our family Dr. Lorber would become, with our little rescue baby going on to be diagnosed with numerous other serious, challenging, and interrelated health conditions. Nomi's situation is complex and one of the many things we appreciate so much about Dr. Lorber is that he never forgets to look at the patient in front of him. He approaches Nomi as the unique dog she is and constantly weighs how treating one condition will impact another. He is thoughtful, caring, and truly listens when you tell him something isn't right. He's also not too proud to say, "I'm not sure. Let me consult with someone who knows more about this than I do." (And believe me, he knows a lot!) He understands that good vet care isn't cheap; he's never pressured us to spend money, and in fact has gone out of his way to help us save where possible.
In short, we love Dr. Lorber and would never trust our babies to anyone else!
